Our RSK12 serrated seal combination strapping tool tensions and seals polypropylene banding in one operation. The tool is made from aluminium alloy so is a heavy duty tool that can withstand constant daily use of tensioning and sealing all types of extruded polyester and polypropylene strapping.
It is great for vertical and horizontal strapping of pallets, boxes, cases, crates and bales. It also used for unitising timber, bricks, concrete blocks and much more!
The strapping tool has a very high tensioning capacity due to the windlass tensioning system. The special seal with toothed inner surface guarantees high seal efficiency.
The mechanism is a twin lever, which helps to improve efficiency by tensioning, sealing and then cutting strapping in a single movement!

- Maximum strap width 12mm
- Maximum strap thickness 0.9mm
- There is no adjustment necessary when changing between strap thicknesses
