BLADE & HOLDER ASSEMBLY – FOR HEAT SEALER

Description

Our red blade and holder assembly for heat sealers, is the perfect replacement for your Impulse heat sealing station! It has been specifically designed for sealing polythene packaging, such as Layflat Tubing.

Over time, parts such as blades for heat sealing machinery can dull and become worn out, reducing the efficiency of your heat sealer. Or worse, if for some reason you are unlucky enough for your blade to break, this can completely halt your packaging operation! This is why it is so important to have a spare! 

This replacement blade and holder assembly has a directional arrow and raised areas of grip to assist you with installation. The bright red colour is also very bold, so it can stand out against the rest of your machinery. 

Sealers with a cutter offer the flexibility to make your own bespoke-sized bags in-house! To use the cutter, simply seal the bag, and then cut it into the desired place by moving the slider on the top of the heat sealer.
